3. Receive a registration form and induction pack to begin.

4. We'll need to see a form of ID for registration and setting up your e-portfolio.

Your assessor will create an online portfolio for you to track your progress and document all evidence throughout your NVQ. You'll have access to it for six years. Here's what to expect:

1. Your ID will be checked.

2. Complete knowledge questions in writing or over a call with your assessor.

3. Give a document to your supervisor for witness testimony.

4. Collect evidence with your assessor through photos and videos.

5. Gather other documents to attach to your portfolio.

6. Your assessor may visit your site or conduct a video call with you.

Examples of evidence include working on scaffold/ladders, waste disposal, lifting techniques, site documentation, and wearing PPE.
